✅ Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact.
Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized pieces, these are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Sale Items: Discounted or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

🔨 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and resolve quickly.
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

💳 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
